There are two screws holding it in. It is located underneath the glove box. Now Depending on if you have manual controls or auto controls will determine what you have to do.
For auto controls the blower motor resistor gets plugged in with 3 wires (i believe its red black and orange) and then has two wires coming out of it that plug directly into the blower motor(red and black).
For manual controls it is just plugged in and mounted. The purpose of the resistor is to eat up the juice of the battery to control the speed of the blower motor.
