How do you replace a fan blower resistor on a 2002 Accord?

Basically it is just find, unhook, and replace. The hard part is finding it. Try www.autozone.com and look in the component location section. Use Google to search for the location. A Honda forum may be of help.its located behind dash panel.open dash and look behind it.

The blower resistor is located under the dash, near the floor, on the passenger side of the vehicle. I had to replace the resistor about a year ago. It is not an easy place to work in. You have to remove the blower unit in order to get at the resistor. Not fun, but rewarding when you actually do it yourself.

this resistor is located next to the blower motor in the heater plenum. the coils sit in the air stream. remove the connector and the fasteners and pull the resistor block out.

sounds like a bad blower motor resistor and or plug

maybe blown fuse or the connection in the blower resistor is damaged or the blowre resistor module is burn out the blower resistor is located in front passinger under the dach boared

If it is the same as the Accord, which information I'm discovering claims it is, then it is in the front of the car. It is under the dash on the passenger side, close to the hood of the car.
