No, only the faulty one, the fault code will tell you which is faulty.

There are four oxygen sensors screwed into the converter assemblies. You need to know which one is faulty before attempting to replace them.

The upstream oxygen sensor is located in the exhaust pipe between the exhaust manifold and the catalytic converter The downstream oxygen sensor is located at the catalytic converter outlet
There are four oxygen sensor in a Maxima 2001. See Nissanhelp.com for a diagram location.
bank 2 is on the left side of the engine or the side closest to the front of the vehicle. So the oxygen sensor would be on the exhaust coming from the left side.
And they are expensive to replace... (i replaced one @ $400)
there are two located on the y pipe prior too the pre cats and one more in the rear converter
