I have had to do this. This process is generally the same for any car. 1 Take off the wheel with the bad bearing. 2 Remove the caliper 3 Behind the caliper is the end of the axel. Inside of it, you will see a circular shaped object lined with bearings. Just pull it out. You usually have to replace the what I'm pretty sure is called the rase. Basically, this is a metal liner that sits between the bearing and the inside of the axel. This is not easy to get out! I'm sure there is some special tool you can borrow from an automotive store. They usually loan these kinds of things out for free. If you can't get this liner out by yourself, you might consider having a mechanic put new bearings on for you.
