How do you replace a fuel pump relay on a corsa?
Hi, i have a W reg corsa B 1 liter 12 valve and the fuel pump relay is in the fuse board on the right hand side of the steering wheel, it is the purple square one and all you have to do is pull it out, i had to use long nose pliers coz my fingers were too fat to fit around it to pull it
Is your fuel pump running? Turn the ignition on without starting the engine. You should hear the pump run for a few seconds. If not, then check the fuel pump fuse and relay. If it is running and no fuel, replace the fuel filter. If the fuse and relay are good, and the pump is not running, the pump is bad.
The Fuel Pump Relay and The Fuel Control Relay which are both exactly the same relay is located in the Glove Box under a little cover on the upper left side. The Fuel Control Relay is the left relay and The Fuel Pump Relay is the right. To test these relays, swap them and then try to start the vehicle, or blow the horn.
