If you want to replace just the glass,you tilt the mirror to the inside and you depress the two tabs that hold it in.Slide the glass out and there is one tab on the back that depresses and the mirror slides out.If you want to replace the whole mirror,the handle on the remote is held on by one screw or if a non remote the plastic cover snaps off.Then there are three screws that hold it on to the door.
