Well it's located on the side of the throttle body first off. It has two bolts and 3 vacuum lines. One thing I found when I had low power is I inspected the vac lines and found tiny cracks on them. JFYI.
It's simple to change really, if you buy a new one 60 bucks at NAPA it will come with a new gasket. Takes about 10 minutes.
The EGR valve on your 2002 Chrysler Town and Country can be found attached to the firewall in the engine compartment. The EGR valve will be on the drivers side of the firewall.
