How do you replace an ignition lock cylinder on a 1993 Ford Tempo?

You'll need a Phillips screwdriver to take the lower steering collar off that's right under the cylinder.Once that's off, put the key in and look on the bottom side and look for a small button. Push it in and turn the key and pull the cylinder out.Good luck
