In any car, just follow the exhaust system starting from the exhaust manifold/header and eventually you'll find them. On that particular car, for the Upstream sensor you must lift the front of the car, go underneath the car, remove the plastic dust cover, and you'll see the O2 sensor just hiding behind the tube just before the catalityc converter. It is very uncomfortable to take out. For the Downstream sensor lift the car on the right side (passenger side) and you will see the sensor just before the muffler. This one should be a million times easier to change than the Upstream. :P

Under the glove compartment... Little black sensor type looking thing held in by two simple screws, and one electrical connector... Its harder to purchase one then it is to replace one...
