The Mazda B2200 truck body did not change much, if at all between 1986 and 1993. There should be no differences in the shape of the engine compartment. -Kyrasis6 Owner of Mazdatruckin.com
The schematic diagram of the fuel injection system of a 1992 Mazda B220 can be seen in the service manual of the said model. This can be acquired by contacting the vehicle manufacturer or service centers.
Yes you can. Virtually any engine can be turbocharged.
Ummm no where??!!?! for one a b2200 is a Mazda pick up and in that case it would be on the drivers side half way back affixed to the inner side of the frame rail :P simalair location on either truck though
Gap is 0.031 or 31thousandths. your truck has the 2184 cubic inch engine.
where is fuel gauge and how to replaced for a 1986 Mazda pick up B2000 please let me know thank you
I have a 88 B2200 and i did a 318 V8 swap. Wasnt hard. Added coils to front. Welded in the mounts and changed nothing else. Fast but managable.
Mounted on top and inside the fuel tank.
Is very possible but it is a wate of time and money, I have B2200 and trust me the smallest engine that can manage the weight of that mini pick up is a 2.0L anything smaller is a waste, I tried with RX7 engine and it is not that reliable, unless is turbo and have to play with diferential ratios
Remove fuel tank for access
in gas tank
Well on my 1987 it is stamped on the driver side frame rail (with the left front wheel removed) you can see the serial numbers stamped into the metal at the curveature behind the shock going toward the fender weld.Should be the same for your model.Easy.

Well, since the Mazda B-series IS the Ford Ranger, as long as you were swapping from the same year, you shouldn't have an issue.
Taken from the Haynes Repair Manual for Mazda Pick-ups 1972-1993, the correct firing order(all engines) 1-3-4-2,,note cylinders are numbered (front to rear) 1-2-3-4. Chapter 2 part A.
