It depends on which sensor it is. There are apparently 3. We are having a sensor problem of our own...or perhaps it is not a sensor problem since we have replaced two. Anyway, two of the sensors I know. They should be on the driver's side plugged into the transmission. They will have to be unscrewed from it. Be very careful installing the new ones, the wires are sensitive to being crunched. The other sensor I'm afraid I'm not sure. I speculate it is on the passenger side but it would be much harder to replace if so. It's not screwed in the same and breaks easily....if indeed I'm correct about it's location. Good luck.
