This is a somewhat involved, but not difficult procedure. First, disconnect the 5 mounting bolts; 3 in front, 2 in back using a 10mm socket. You will need an extension or long 10mm socket to remove these bolts. Remove the bolt along the vacuum hose and it's bracket. Then, under the throttle cables there is the EGR temp sensor. This is connected to another sensor and both plug into each other. There is one nut holding a bracket that supports this sesnsor. In order to access this nut, you need to loosen the air hose assembly using a Phillips screwdriver. Slide the air hose loose, you can then use a socket to loosen the nut. Once nut is loose, carefully wiggle EGR valve off it's mounting studs and remove the gaskets with it. You will need a wrench to unthread the EGR temp sensor from the valve. Once EGR is off, replace gaskets, rethread the EGR sensor into EGR valve and reinstall...In some cases, you may have to transfer the lower mounting studs from the old EGR and transfer it to the new one.
