The two filters are located underneath the HVAC hush panel which is the big black panel under the glove box and stretches across to the center hump. I used 7mm head to remove the three screws holding this panel in place. The screw right above the center hump is very hard to remove and reinstall. The other two are fairly easy to remove and reinstall. Once you remove the hush panel, remove out of your way and the next thing to remove is the ONE screw (5.5 mm) that secures the filter retaining bracket. Remove bracket out of the way and pull down the first filter. Reach in and slide the other filter towards you and then pull down the same way as the first one. To reinstall, just reverse the order. I'm sending a link for an image of the instructions and location. Click on the image icon to the right of ATP Part # GA4{Vent Filter} item. I wish I would've known this info prior to installing new filters. Hope this helps someone. See link below.

Drop the glove box lid. Empty it and press the sides inwards while 'forcing' it open beyond it's normal stopping point. There'll be a kinda large black box behind the opening. In the centre (or almost) of the box is a vertical cover which kinda looks like a grille. Remove it by releasing the clips at the top and bottom. you might have to feel around for the clips. They're not exactly in front of you, the top one is almost on top of the box and the bottom one is towards the underside of the box. When the cover comes off slide the filters (there are two (upper and lower) out and replace them, then replace the cover and push the glove box lid back into place.
the filter is located behind the glove box, if you pull the supports off with a screw driver, and the glove box will flip down. there you go.

A 1998 Jeep does not have a cabin filter.
There isn't one on the 1990 model. Cabin air filters are recent additions to some models AC systems and this feature wasn't on any car in 1990.
it probably doesn't have one, a cabin air filter housing and filter was not standard on any 1999-2004 grand Cherokee model but it is sold by Jeep as a part that can be added. It mounts under the black cowling on the passenger side (cowling is where the windshield wipers are located). If a grand Cherokee has this filter installed you have to pull off the cowling trim seal under the hood on the passenger side only, pull up on the cowling to loosen the three passenger side cowling clips, you can then reach under the cowling to open the cabin air filter housing, remove the lid and then the old filter. This is how you install the Jeep cabin air filter kit if you purchase it from Jeep, you will need to remove the factory air inlet grill under the cowling to install the cabin air filter housing.
Behind the glove box. About 10 x10 in size.
The fuel filter is located on the frame rail on the rear (driver's side) of the vehicle just forward of the rear axle. It's about the size of a soup can and is metal. Hose goes in one end and comes out the other. Very obvious. Dpends on which engine you have. If you have the horrible misfortune of having the GM made 2.8L then the filter is on the drivers side rear of the carbuerrator where the fuel line enters the carb. Should be in the same location if you have and carbuerrated engine. If you have a fuel injected engine it should be on the drivers side of the vehicle under the rocker panel just behind the drivers door.

To change the cabin filter , bring down the lower glove compartment and right behind it you can't miss it, you will see the filter door.
I think this is actually the cabin filter. It can be replaced using the procedure here: http://www.hondacarforum.com/honda-2/7293-honda-odyssey-c-filter-dust-pollen-filter-replacement.html
the glove box must be removed to see and gain access
The 1991 Honda Accord did not come equipped with a cabin filter.

The 1994 Honda Accord is not equipped with a cabin filter.
It is behind the bottom glove compartment.
B. Change engine oil & filter. 2. Change engine air filter & cabin filter. Check all belts. 5. Replace engine coolant.
