I would think it's like replacing a regular head lamp. You should just open the hood and remove any covers for the light enclosure. The back of the lamp should be exposed where the wires come out. Remove it and replace it with a new one.

You should be able to go under the hood and remove a cover. This should reveal the back of the light enclosure. Just remove the bulb and replace it with a brand new one.

It has 2 flasher relays. One for the turn signals and one for the hazard lights. The turn signal flasher is located on the drivers side, under the dash, driver side of steering column, mounted in the fuse panel.

look for the carpet seam in the trunk....it usually pulls away, revealing the top of the brakelight/turn signal....if the bulb has a rectangular base,it should slide out, unless it's old or corroded....spray w/ WD/40, BUT ONLY IN A VERY SMALL AMOUNT, AND AFTER YOU HAVE PULLED THE FUSE OUT!!!!

First, check all of the bulbs. If one of the blinker bulbs in burnt out it will cause it not to blink on the side where the bulb is located. You have a defective Flasher Relay. Located behind left side of instrument panel.
