First, remove the black plastic radiator cover that spans across the top of both headlights under the hood. Remove the 6 plastic retainers with needlenose pliars, being careful not to cause too much damage to the retainers. Next, remove the 2 bolts holding the headlamp in place above the desired turn signal. Two screws hold the turn signal housing in place, but the bulbs can be removed without removing the housing. Simply twist the bulb socket (where the wires go into the housing on the back) and the turn signal bulb can be changed.

HOW DO YOU GET THE LEFT TURN SIGNAL BULB OUT ON A 2000 PONTAIC FIREBIRD

To replace a turn signal switch on a 2003 Pontiac Aztek, also known as a flash relay, the steering column must be removed. The flash relay is located under the turn signal. Remove the mounting hardware and the unit can be taken off.
Probably either in the "convenience center", located at the driver's side kick panel, or inside the steering column housing.
Turn on the hazard switch (emergency blinkers). You should hear it under the dashboard on the drivers side. The emergency blinker and turn signal are each controlled by a different relay but the relays look alike. Once you've located the emergency blinker relay, the turn signal relay is nearby.
There is no relay. The flasher in under the dash on the left of the steering column

I couldn't find a picture for you, but my Haynes manual says that the flashers are located in the "convenience center". This is supposed to be located somewhere in or near the driver's side kick panel.
Remove the front inner wheel well splash shield. Grasp the bulb socket and rotate it counter-clockwise to remove it from the lamp. Remove the bulb from the socket. Installation is the reverse of removal.
Pulling the turn signal switch toward you should switch the lights to the low beams. If that doesn't work, you may have to replace the switch, which means replacing the entire turn signal stalk.
Check the "convenience center" located near the driver's side kick panel. If you don't find it there, it may be inside the steering column housing. FriPilot
in the fuse pannel located on the drivers side of the dash facing the door.

On some cars the bulbs screw in from the rear and you have to take the light assy off to get to it.
Low beam bulb burnt out? Replace bulb. Bulbs OK? If the dimmer switch is also the turn signal/cruise/headlight on and off switch, you probably have to replace the entire switch.
How do you replace the front turn signal bulb located on a 2001 Buick Century?"
My turn signal switch died on my 92 Grand Prix. Rather than attempting the repair, I took it to a shop. The steering column had to be removed to get to the switch.
It looks as if I'll have to crawl under the front of the car to access the bulb to replace it.
To the left of the steering wheel!
