It is about under the car in the fuel line on the drivers side. Sometimes you need special tools that are chrap atthe parts store.
more directly , it is on the drivers side of the truck half way down in the channel part of the frame, and tools needed will be a 5/16 line decompression tool that will cost app. $14.00 at checker auto.
It does not have a cabin filter.
The fuel filter is located in the framing on the driver side just in front of the gas tank. Kinda hard to get to, lines are also a pain to get loose.
An 08 F150 Harley Edition does have a cabin air filter located on it. Furthermore, the F180 Harley Edition has a fuel filter located in the engine compartment.
