Its a very simple. Open the hood- reach in behind the headlight and take out the old bulb. You will have to give the big plastic holder about an eighth of a turn and it will pull right out. Then simply unplug the bulb. It pulls straight out. There is a little tab on it to hold it in place- so you will have to lift it up to pull the old bulb out. When installing the new halogen bulb- do NOT touch the glass of it. The oil in your skin of your hands will stay on the glass and it will burn it out almost immediatly!! Grip it only by the plastic base. Then simply put it back in the headlight- give it a turn to lock it in place and you are good to go.
all you have to do is reach behind the headlight in the engine compartment and twist a plastic ring off, then pull out the bulb. be careful not to touch the glass part though
I need to find out how to replace a fuel pump for a 1993 Mercury Topaz, 4 cylinder, fuel injection
picture on how to replace a water pump for mercury topaz
1994 mercury topaz 4cyl
what is the engine?
The coolant temperature sensor on a 1993 Mercury Topaz is located at the rear of the engine. To get to it, you have to remove the driver side fan.
Find it in the fuel line. I don't think it requires any special tools.
IF anyone has any imfo on how best to replace an ignition system on a 1993 Mercury topaz please call 714-6383162, or e-mail me at KN657@yahoo.com
The fuse block should be located to the left of the steering column, under the dash. Depending on which Mercury GS you have (sable, topaz, etc.) it should be a relay located in the fuse block.
Mercury Topaz was created in 1983.
Is there power to the pump??? If YES, replace the pump. If NO, replace the fuse.
Sorry , no ansewer because no Topaz 1995 ; last production was 1994.
Not quite sure what you are looking for?
Inside the fuel tank.
Your day time running module is defective. It is located behind the right headlight near the fender (passenger side). You can unplug the module and your headlights will work as normal, however without the headlights coming on during the day. You can replace it if you like or not.
Yes, and hopefully nothing else.
Horn's should be in the fender wells in the engine compartment.
They should be in the front fender well, in the engine compartment.
Follow top rad. hose. It's in that housing.
Try the Fuel tank
Have to take off the head, it's there.
usually this is caused by a burnt out bulb, or one that is about to go
it should be located right below the oil filter in the front
It is in your fuse pannel which is below the headlight switch. I forget the exact fuse but I think its in cavity #13?? Double check your manual, it'll be in the servicing section in the back.
Take out the olod radiator, put in the new one and done
