Should be very easy. Inside the hood, where the wiring goes into the headlight is a collet, (plastic lock ring). This ring turns 1/4 turn and you will feel it snap loose. then you just pull out the bulb socket, (it is held in place with an "o" ring). once the assembly is out, you can remove the light bulb and plug in the new one. A note: If you are installing a Halogen bulb, do not touch the glass part of the bulb. The oil from your hands will cause the bulb to overheat and burn out faster. This is common replacement method for most 90's model Voyagers.
Need to know which engine you have.

I have a 91, it was real simple. Lift the hood and reach in right behind the front light, you will see where there is a cord attached to the light bulb, disconnect it. Untwist the circular ring and the bulb pulls right out. Replace bulb and backtrack to put back together.
It is located behind the timing belt. Timing belt must be removed to access the pump. Replace timing belt.
