double check that it's the motor most times it's the resister for the fan speed
In the firewall on the passenger side of the truck is the blower motor speed resister coils, they burn out alot. I could not find one for my Dakota so I got one from a Dodge Caravan and I changed the wirring, that is the most likely problem
The heater blower motor is on the interior passenger side. It is kind of a round shaped housing facing the floor.
You will need to remove the water lines from your 1995 Dodge Dakota truck heater core. Remove the heater core retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new heater core.
It is located behind the passenger side dashboard. The dashboard has to be removed to replace.
The heater core on a Dodge Dakota is inside the HVAC housing, under the dash.

I have changed resistor a d blower motor still not working, maybe i missed a fuse or could the control switch not work?
check the blower motor resistor pack. should be firewall side of heater rectangular connector with 4 or 5 wires.
It is on the Right side of the Heater Core Covering.

I wouldn't think you could flush a heater core. you can flush a radiator. Heater core you would have to replace if it is leaking or stopped up
For the 1989 Dodge Ram, the heater blower motor resistor can be found on the passenger's side, on the bottom of the heater box. It is beside the blower motor.
