On the oil pan there is a cap you unscrew, and inside there is a "card board filter", that you would pull out and replace.
On the distributor.

Look by the gas tank. It may be inline by the tank or in the tank itself. Good luck. Not to hard to change.
Not exactly sure what the question is, so.. The Pontiac 6000 did not come from the factory with a Alarm. If yours has one, or whats left of one, then it was installed aftermarket. You can go to any of your local super electronics stores (best buy, Circuit City), and they can remove it, replace it, but they might not be able to fix it. Alarms are kinda like your cars oil. You cant really fix it, but you can easily replace it.
In the glove box. You will see a cover that says fuses on it. On the back of the fuse panal door you will find a fuse puller tool. Good Luck!
The oil filter on a 1990 Pontiac 6000 is located on the driver's side of the engine compartment. It is on the side of the motor all the way to the rear, near the firewall.
Seats from any other GM A-bodies (Buick Century, Olds Cutlass Ciera and Pontiac 6000) should fit.
You could call your local auto parts store and they should know the answer to that one
There appears to be a large amount of information available for the Pontiac 6000 car. If one is wanting to view reviews these can be found on the Edmunds site as well as on Car Guru.

To The Owner of the 1986 Pontiac 6000: I am the owner of two 1985 6000 STE's and my fuel filter is an inline filter on the right side of the car. It is about the size of a soda can. First, shut of power so when you remove the fuel filter, very little fuel will come spurting out. Next, after removing the old filter, plug in a new filter, then restore power. Most Sincerely, Kristopher Gerbracht email@example.com
Should be at the bottom or rear of radiator
Yes it MIGHT help in getting your hood unjammed. However, you really cant get the grill off without the hood being open. You can if you break it, but these grills are hard to replace on the 6000 as there arent many left. Another idea is to reach up from underneath and behind the bumper and see if you can reach the hood release. This might save you the trouble of destroying your grill.
The weight of the Pontiac 6000 SE is recorded as being 3,021 pounds. This weight can be altered by aftermarket products which are installed on the vehicle or parts which may have been taken off of the vehicle since being manufactured.
