go thru passenger side and open drivers door; remove inside of door panel. You will see wire rod unhooked next to left side. rehook rood and outside should wook. If this is not the problem then the outside door handle has broken and must be replaced by taking two nuts/bolts (don't remember now) from inside, unhook rod, and replace handle.

Front doors- Inside pannels pop off. Unscrew the plastic pull handle then just start at the bottom and work your way up the sides popping the inside pannel off. with door open unscrew the latch and you will see 2 bolts holding the handle on the inside.
