It's not easy unless you've pulled a dash off before.
You have to drop the bottom side of the dash on the drivers side i believe there's 4 screws. Then you need to take the gauge dash cover off again I think it's another 4 screws there's two on the bottom an then another two in the inside of the dash near the cluster itself. Be careful when pulling it out because the plastic cover brakes easy. once you have it off there's two more screws to take off then the cluster pop's off and the light are on the back an twist out but be careful

I don't much about cars. SORRY!!!!!!!! Bootscootn-00-04 eclipses' have the same parts. What you can do is search online for part numbers for an eclipse. If the 03 eclipse part number matches the 00 part number then there will be no issues. I have bastardized my 00 eclipse with several different pieces.

Inside the trunk you will see a square section of the trunk liner material..behind the tail lamp unit...just open this small section by pulling out the small tabs...like a small fabric door. The brake light socket is behind this.....it's the bottom one....turn the socket about 1/4 turn and it will come loose. The bulbs are a "push in" type...just pull the bulb out of the socket and replace with a new one...bulb is a "3057"
