∙ 2011-09-12 21:00:46Put the tailgate down, and on Sid there is 2 torq screws. Take them out, and gently prey the plastic housing. The are two srews that go into a holding clip. Just pull the whol assembly out, and it should be easy to se from there.(don't worry, it will sound awful when pulling it out, but it should be fine) The bulbs are 1/2 turn in, and you should be on your way.....

The "3rd" brake light has been out since at least 1994.
