I have a 96 Plymouth breeze-- to get to the flasher, you have to take the steering column cover off. major pain in the butt.
You can replace the timing belt on a 1998 Plymouth Breeze 2.0 engine using a Harmonic Balancer Puller 5.
The 98 Plymouth breeze has a spring loaded belt tensioner. There is no adjustment, if the belt is loose then the tensioner must be changed.
Take the housing off around the steering wheel, get the Allen key that fits the lock and follow the new instructions on the new lock
You replace the rear wheel bearings for a 1997 plymouth breeze by taking it to a very skilled mechanic and just waiting it out. If you want to do it yourself I can't help you with that.
