The owner's manual will tell you the exact location. They may be on the driver's side, just to the left of the steering column underneath. Or under the hood on the right. They are to access and inexpensive to replace.
Hello - I have a 1987 Montero/Raider. The turnsignal/hazard relay is on the drivers side underneath the dash. It simply unplugs/plugs in. It's not hard to get to. Use a flashlight. Mine was very inexpensive to replace.
* Raise the car and suitably support it on jackstands * From below you can access both the turn signal and side marker lights * The side marker bulb holder pulls straight out of the socket and the turn signal bulb holder must be rotated to remove it
If the turn signal switch is buzzing when turneing, usually means you need to replace it.
The 1995 Mitsubishi flasher relay switch and the brake light relay switch can be found beneath the dashboard. Both switches will be on the drivers side of the dashboard, near the brake pedal.

Turn signal lights that double as parking (marker lights) when not blinking.
Replace the turn signal switch.
The side marker removal is using a flathead screwdriver to gently pry it off from the side. The turn signal, you have to remove the sealing cover (located on the back side of the headlight assembly under the hood) by turning it counterclockwise. Remove the bulb by turning it counterclockwise.
