This part is so easy to remove anyone can do it. All you need to do is unhook the wires connecting the starter and then unscrew the to bolts that hold the starter on. When installing the new one just reverse the steps screw the two bolts in and attach the wire to the same place they came off of.
Trust this is so easy.

its located where the tranny bolts up to the motor. disconnect the three wires from the starter, then take the three bolts out of the starter and pull it out. just remember where the wires go!!
