Get a manual on your car. It will help on the next repair also

It is pretty straight forward - release tension on serpentine belt (held with a bolt tensioner, not a spring tensioner like most serpentine belts, unbolt pulley on front of water pump. Something I found EXTREMELY helpful was removing the air box to make accessing the lower radiator hose easier. Remove the lower radiator hose and drain the coolant. Unbolt the water pump. Install in reverse. Remember to use only a very thin coating of silicone - you don't want bits to "squeeze" out when you bolt everything back together because those bits will get stuck in the cooling passages of the engine block/head and clog them. I would also replace the thermostat at the same time (go with a heavy duty Stant or similar - not just the cheapest one - its cheap insurance).
