The windshield wiper arm is held in place by a retaining clip. Hold the retaining clip in and the windshield wiper arm will come off. Put the new windshield wiper on and read lease the retaining clip.

Then lift the windshield wiper pivot arm to the highest position and, using finger pressure only, grasp slide latch tab and slide latch out from under the windshield wiper pivot arm head. Remove windshield wiper pivot arm and windshield wiper blade assembly. 3. To remove the windshield wiper blade, insert a screwdriver into the slot provided at top of the windshield wiper blade frame, push down on spring lock and pull the windshield wiper blade from the windshield wiper mounting arm and pivot shaft . 4. If one wants to replace a wiper linkage there are a few steps involved. Pull the wiper arm away from the windshield until the arm locks in vertical position. Unbolt the nut that holds the wiper arm to the linkage and pull the wiper arm off the linkage. Open the hood and unbolt the wiper motor and slide the motor off of the linkage. One then will remove the wiper linkage and install a new one.
You lift up the wiper arm and look for a clip to press at the end of the wiper arm. Slide off old wiper blade and clip on the new one. I did them both today and took less than 5 minutes.

There is a tab you pull up on located at the top of the blade. When you pull it up the wiper should be able to slide off the wiper arm pin, replace with a universial blade.
wiper motor arm has a small c-clip to remove and then same arm other end has a ball type that you pry off with a small cats paw type bar or screwdriver. this will remove the short wiper motor arm and then you can remove both wiper arms out thru slots in windshield frame. Be sure to remove plastic nuts on both wipers on front side of windshield frame.
