You can remove the old serpentine belt on your 2004 Dodge Ram by loosening the tensioner pulley. Put the new serpentine belt on and tighten it with the tensioner pulley.
put another one in where the old one was.
All of the 4 cylinder Saturn's used a timing chain. All of the V6 Saturn's used a timing belt.
Goodwrench says to "Inspect" at 60,000 miles. I recommend at every oil change. Replace if cracked or damaged...
The 2004 Saturn Vue 2.2L Engine Uses a Timing CHAIN. It is Much better than a belt, and for 2004, Saturn fixed the issue with poor oil pressure on the timing chain and they last much longer than their predecessors.
Here are instructions for a 2004. There should be little, if any difference.
The ignition lock switch is found under the steering column on a 2004 Honda Civic. Remove the steering column and ignition switch. Loosen the mounting screws that hold the cylinder in place. Pull and replace the lock cylinder.
Four cylinder has a chain. Replace it when it breaks or has so much slack in it that it jumps timing. Replace the guides at the same time. They have wear limits.
