I had that same problem this week with my 2001 ML 430 due to a change of battery. I called the main or official Mercedes Benz dealer even though I did not purchase my ML there and they provided me the code immediately. The only asked for my name, license plate and VIN number. Hope this helps!
Check Owner's Manual. If you do not have one. Check Related links below.

how do you remove a radio from a 1999 e class Mercedes
call the dealership give the vin #,and they will give you the radio code
yes but u have to pay for it
There is nothing to reprogram except the radio presets and the clock.
It is in the manual book ..you will find a card in the size of a business card where there is the Radio code for your car...I have a Mercedes E430 year 1998
You will need to call the dealer and give them the vehicle identification number. They will give it to you.
Anytime a battery cable is disconnected you have to reprogram the set radio stations
Assuming you are talking about the car's computer, you shouldn't have to reprogram anything besides your radio station presets and your clock.
No. Worst case scenario is you will have to reprogram any aftermarket Radio/DVD/Stereo.
No. The only thing would be the clock and radio.
You will have to reprogram all the preset radio stations ( if that is what you are referring to ? )
As you will need to disconnect the battery you will need to reprogram the preset buttons on your radio and set the clock. Other than that there is nothing else to do.
