If I wanted to work in Human Relations I would tell my employer that in my opinion I have a lot of experience in this field and I am sure that in working with the Union or Association that together we could make great strides in helping workers over come any bad experiences that they may be having. That as a Human Relations Officer it would be my goal to keep the workers as happy as possible.
