How do you return your Pokemon out of your pokewalker after you just reset the game?

Well.... you can't delete them on ur pokewalker....But u can give it bac to the ds. when u are on the route (on pokewalker) press the middle button once...It will say connect.get your ds ready to get the Pokemon bac.go to the main menu of the heart gold\Soul silver game and press connect to pokewalker ...get ready wif ur pokewalker and press the middle button again! it will connect....(only if the pokewalker is in good range of the ds) hOPE I HELPED (:

∙ 12y agoMake sure the Pokewalker and Ds are no further than 5cm apart. Turn your DS on and on the main menu screen, select the ''Connect to Pokewalker'' button. If you wish to return a Pokemon you put on there, click return from stroll. If you want to get the Pokemon that you caught off there, click receive gifts.

∙ 11y agoYou turn on you pokewalker and your ds or whatever then at the menu of your game you press connect to pokewalker... you then press return from stroll... connect the pokewalker to your ds and wait until your Pokemon is on your ds screen...

∙ 13y agoYou cannot move a Pokemon from the PokeWalker after you reset your game. That would be considered cheating and Nintendo made sure you couldn't do that. To reset your PokeWalker, see your Instruction Booklet that came with your game or another question on here that answers that (some of which I wrote).

∙ 12y agoUnfortunately the pokewalker has low memory. This means that it can only carry one traded Pokemon at a time. However as you probably no it can carry two other caught Pokemon that you caught while walking. there is an option in the menu to switch. I hope this was helpful.

∙ 11y agoI'll do these in steps:
- Get the Pokewalker onto the Connection area.
- Turn on SoulSilver/HeartGold and press the option "Pokewalker"
- Press the option "Return from Stroll" or whatever and it shows up that you need to point the Pokewalker at the game.
- Point the Pokewalker at the game carefully so it won't get interrupted. Your Pokemon should now return into the game, if the connection was successful.

The pokewalker is attuned to your savefile, if you reset then you can no longer use that pokewalker till you reset it to match your new savefile effectively deleting your Pokemon on a walk. Its the same concept as trying to return your Pokemon to someone elses game.

Yes, you can. You have to do it from your game. In the pokewalker's instruction manual, there is a section on how to reset it with more details. To reset it, hold down X and L on the "connect to pokewalker" screen. It will ask you if you really want to delete your data. After you choose yes, the pokewalker will return to the happy face screen it had when you first opened it. You can now set it up with a new game card, or on the same game card with a new file, or the old file, or whatever else you wan to do. Setup is the same as when you first got it, and the game will retell how to set it up again.

ok first how did u do that?!?!? if u write wat happened on my massage board or something i may be able to help u OK. You just connect your pokewalker to your game and tell it to return from a stroll. A Pokemon joined you while you were walking and you just have to put it on your game.

no you can not, it doesn't work that work that when you delete the file that has the certain Pokemon you put in the pokewalker you wouldn't be able to send to the new game. you'd have to reset the pokewalker and delete all data in it. (including the Pokemon)

Resetting the Pokewalker doesn't affect Routes; they are stored on your cart.

To reset your PokeWalker status, on the screen where you have 3 choices, go for a stroll, return from a stroll, and receive a gift, press 'l' while holding 'down' and 'x'. More information is in the HG/SS instruction booklet.
