If you want to sell your turtle all you have to do is take it to a pet storeand ask the manager if he/she can find a perfect home for it because you either don't want it anymore, you don't have not enough room, your moving or you just can't take care of it.

It is illegal in the U.S.A. to sell a turtle who is under 5 inches, and in Canada, unless it's from a local breeder, it is illegal to sell ANY turtles.
