There's a variety of different ways to do this:
Isabela es española = Isabella is Spanish
Isabela es de España = Isabella is from Spain
Isabela es una española = Isabella is a Spaniard
Me llamo Abby. (I call myself Abby.) Or you can say Mi nombre es Abby.
it would be the same spelling but with an accent over the i stressing that vowel sound.
