!El es caliente!, or you could say chico caliente or if it's a girl chica caliente.

Also here we use the word "hot" in the middle of a Spanish sentence, or its translation "caliente", with both the meaning of sexually attractive or attracted. You may hear "¡Qué caliente que está ese pibe!" (How hot that guy is!) or mina (girl, but it's quite vulgar), but even most used: "¡Qué bueno que estás!" (literally "how good you are!", meaning "you look very good" or "you're hot")

te ves caliente hoy

well: I wouldn't translate it literally, if you mean "you look hot" as in "you look damn sexy" the correct standard-interpretation (with the usual local variations) is: (to a girl): "te ves riquísima" (to a guy): "te ves riquísimo" or the more Caribbean (to a girl) estás bien buena, (to a guy): estás bien bueno, in certain parts of South America people avoid the "bien" and use "re" to denote repetition as (to a girl): "estás rebuena", (to a guy) "estás rebueno".

The translation is "Eres una chica caliente".

This will just earn you a hard slap.

"Eres una chica guapa" is a better alternative.
