Questions like "How do you see yourself 5 years from now?" are quite common at job interviews.Basically this oneis good for testing your English, to get to know you a little bit, to check your goals and ambitions and more. Your answer will helpthe interviewerdecide whether or not you have the stamina and the organization abilities required for the job. Hope this helps! ∙ 15y agoafter finishing the two years trainning program, i appreciate the opportunity to build good relationship with our customers and to have the deeply reserch on the true marketing and our consumers. then i have confidence to improve our company'brand through pridving creatival ideas and the details of realizing. so when the time goes to 3-5 years' future, i have confidence to be a good marketing expert.

This is the same as asking 'where do you see yourself in 5 years or 10 years time'. If you work as a nurse, do you see yourself working your way up to a clinical manager or if you are a secretary see yourself as an administrator. What are you hoping to achieve, where do you want to end up, what do you want to be doing nearer your retirement. These are all things that would be considered when thinking about future career aspirations.
