There are 2 buttons at the back of the watch. Use paper clip tip to set up your watch. Press A one time, until you see there's only 1 big number on top, that would be month. Set up the month by pressing M button several times. Then, press A again, you'll see the big number at the bottom, that would be date. Setup the date by pressing M button several times. Next press A again, you'll see big number on top and A at the bottom of the display. That would be clock, A represents AM. Set it up by pressing M several times. Next press A again, now you're setting up the minutes. Press M several times to set it up. Press A again when you're done. You know you're done when there's blinking SPORTS in the middle, and the watch keep alternating between date and clock display. Good luck!
