The clock on a 2004 Civic can be set using the preset buttons. Hold down the scan button on the radio and it will allow the clock to be adjusted.

I hate to admit I searched this topic before noticing the "hr" and "mn" buttons on the bottom right of the stereo console (1998 Pontiac grand prix...stereo with equalizer built in). just press the buttons to adjust the time (with the stereo turned off).
you cant, its factory pre set. non adjustable
If your radio is the cd/tape combo, or if it has an RDS button, just press it a couple times to cycle until it tells you to set hours/minutes, then use the select arrow to change the time
My 95 truck then you press and hold the hour button. Then when the Colon between the hours and minutes flashes you can press the hour or minutes to add 1 to whichever column
