How do you set time in an armitron pro sport watch?
To set the alarm, hold the MODE button down for appx 2 seconds. Alarm hour will flash. ST/SP will cycle through the options to change, ADJ will alter them. To change the time, hold the MODE btton down for appx 2 seconds, then as soon as the alarm time set starts flashing, let go of MODE and quickly press and release MODE one more time. Now the actual time will begin flashing, and just as with the alarm, you can set the time using ST/SP and change the hour/minute/seconds/date with ADJ. When time is set, press MODE one more time.
