I believe that has the DIS, distributerless ignition system, if so there is no timing adjustment. The timing is controlled by the ignition module, crankshaft sensor and the ECM (engine computer).
Try having some run a test using and OSB tester. Sometimes if the sensor is going bad it will show.

what are the timing belt marks for a 1995 olds cutlass supreme
It depends on what engine you have. They are all on the front of the engine some are under the timing cover. Get a manual on your car from the parts store.
timing gearsI've been told by more than one person that my '91 Cutlass Supreme has timing gears instead of timing chain. . I looked in the book and you should have a timing chain.

The 3.4 liter V6 engine in a 1998 Oldsmobile Silhouette has a timing CHAIN

The timing chain is designed to last the life of the engine unlike a timing belt.
Timing chain slipped or broke
In a 2000 Oldsmobile Alero : Both the 2.4 litre four cylinder engine and the 3.4 litre V6 engine have a timing CHAIN
It has a chain and not a timing belt. No maintenance required.
I do not believe your 87 olds cutlass ciera (V-6 or 4) has a timing belt!!!It has gears instead. They usually outlast the life time of the auto.
Timing chains are designed to last the life of the engine. If one was to break the engine would cease to run. A compression test would read "0".
Unless you have a 4 cylinder engine, and that's a maybe, there is no timing belt on that car. It uses a chain drive that will wear with age. The best way to tell is with a labscope that monitors the Crankshaft Sensor signal, and the Camshaft Sensor signal to see if they are in time and steady.
If a timing chain broke, the engine wouldn't run and a compression test would read "0".
how is the timing set on a 92 oldmobile cutlass supreme 3.4 doch
It does not have a timing belt. It has a timing chain. The chain will normally last until the engine needs an overhaul. Not a normal maintenance item. It does not have a timing belt. It has a timing chain. The chain will normally last until the engine needs an overhaul. Not a normal maintenance item.
If it is the 3.4L Twin DOHC version, it is a monstor job. This motor has timing belt and timing chain. The entire front cover of the engine has to come off to replace both.
i have a 95 olds achieva 3.1 6 cylinder and it has a timing chain
It depends what engine you have but its typically on the front of the engine(th side where the belts are) and its on the front timing cover, sometimes under the crankshaft pulley,
