How do you set the timing inside and outside the head on a 1997 Mazda Millennia with a 2.5 L engine?

After you take the frt cover off you will see a line on the block that lines up with the crank pulley now the top cams are a little more tricky, looking straight in at the rear cam you will see two small pointers facing down look to the left of them about ten o clock and you will see one very small point sticking out and yes it is very small the other cam is in the same way but it does not have the double pointers it is also about ten oclock and very very small.
