Haha, I had this once too. It was under a test -of course- and I wasn't really hungry. Then suddently: GROOOOOOWL!!! My stomach began embarrasing me. Everyone in class heard it. The worst part was when the cute boy next to me told me to get some food.
My answer is: Before you have something like a test, eat something that fills well. Or if you don't want to eat, drink some water. Not too much, that can cause sloshing. And if you feel your stomach is going to make noise, make another sound, like flipping the pages or coughing. And if it is heard, don't make too much fuss about it. Everyone has it once in a while.
