If you are talking about how to change chat mode on a server, it is impossible to change it unless you log off then log back on and go to a different server.
If you are talking about when you made your Club Penguin account and you
picked Ultimate Safe Chat, some people would say to use a Parent Account but I'm
not sure if it works. You should ask on this website how to get your parents to
make a Parent Account.

- And then click on "Manage Accounts"
- And then type your parent account and password
- And then click on the penguin you want to edit
- And then click on "Parent Tools"
- Now just click on what ever you want to change
Fallow these simple steps and you will be able to change your Password, Chatmode, And Enable the Timer (I think there's one more)And if you make to many penguins listen and fowllow what i say...
1.you can't make more then like 7 penguins.
2.if you delete the mails it still won't work.
3.be safe on clubpenguin

∙ 14y agoYou have to be 12+ if you're not you must time in your parents E-Mail address and they have to accept the things that happen with Standard Chat and approve for you to use it. Hope it helped :)

Why you are not able to chat even if your user is on standard safe chat mode in club penguin?
Probably your parent or guardian selected a different chat for you. Safe chat is when you can only select words from the far south left corner. Standard chat is where you can type in words to chat. You can not fix your chat mode when you are already a logged in player.
