Out of all the Wireless Guitars, there is only one Official one that works with GH3. It came with GH3, and the included instructions should tell you about this. This one is sold with a PlayStation2 port dongle. Press the button on the dongle and then press the sync button on the Guitar. They should be linked.

For two players, you must sync one guitar before doing the next.

Simple, First you will have to turn on the wii and click on the DJ hero icon. Then at the top of the turntable board, there is a 'box'. You will have to open that and put in your wii remote, making sure that the remote works. If that doesn't work then do it again but try with new batteries. If this doesn't work again (with new batteries) open the box on the wii remote and hold the red button, while holding the red button on the actual wii underneath another box, next to the disc holder.

You don't have to. The Rock Band guitar connects to the Wii Remote, which synchronizes with the Wii for you. The disadvantage here is you cannot use Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 guitars for the Wii.

You don't sync it. You plug it in the PS2, and if it doesn't work, then it's either a problem with the guitar or your controller port.

You only have to sync your Wii Remote, which you probably did when you got it, then connect the Wii Remote to the guitar and you're ready to go! :)
