You should have 2 screws in the armrest on the panel. then after that you need to remove the manual window handle, if you have power you will not need to do so. You will then need a tool that removes the plastic plugs that hold the panel to the metal door frame. you can get those tools at any parts store for cheap. once you have those clips unfastened you will just push up on the panel to remove it from the window channel and then you should have it off. If you have electric windows remember that you will have to unplug that connection.
