The center nut is for the hub assembly. You need to remove the screws on the rotor. The screws might be stuck to the rotor when you try to take it out. If this is the case, be careful when you use the screwdriver. You might round out the screw head. When the screw is hard to remove, I usually use a 1/4" socket wrench, 1/4" socket, and screwdriver bit. The screwdriver bit will fit inside the 1/4" socket. This gives you extra torque and won't round out the screw as a screwdriver might do. Once the screws are out, the rotor should come right off.

A person should know the weight of their vehicle. The 1999 Daewoo Leganza weigh 0.0015 tons in its curb weight.
If they are rotors then you will take the caliper off of the bracket via 2 bolts usually then remove the bracket from the spindle via 2 bolts and the rotor should come right off. However some vehicles have a screw on the bolt hole face of the rotor and if you have one you'll need to remove it. It's usually a Phillips, just get a screw driver large enough to fit it and use a hammer to tap the end of the screw driver to loosen it up. With a hammer hit the non rotor surface around the inner circumference, then tap the rotor from the back access hole. Spraying the "hub" where it contacts the rotor with WD40 will help to loosen the rotor up as well. Hope this helps good luck!
