A turtle's egg is very much like a chickens egg.. It should be incubated aka warmed to simulate either the parents warmth or warm sand/mud so that it will not spoil and the embryo can live. It does not require to much heat though.
Take a handful of moss, wet it thoroughly, and squeeze out the excess water. Place the moss in the bottom of the pot. Place your turtle eggs on top of the moss Wet and squeeze another half-handful of moss, and place on top of the eggs. The eggs should now be secured snugly between 2 layers of moist moss, similar to what turtle eggs may find in the wild. Place the whole pot into a plastic bag, and leave it in a warm location. Check eggs every couple of weeks to ensure that the moss has not dried. Eggs should hatch in approximately 70 to 77 day.
throw it as hard as you can against a hard surface, (wall, concrete floor ect.). Another way is to stomp it wearing a shoe due to bird guts, or you can also place it in a microwave (high power works best) for 6-8 minutes until you have a giant bird guish.
It will only hatch if its fertilized so you have to hold it up to a light and look inside to see if you see any veins or anythingg. But anyways, you have to keep it warm so you can use a heating pad or buy an incubator or get a hot towel or something like that. It wont work if you just wrap it up in paper towels or something cuz that's not warm enoughh, but good luckkk [:
It Depends I Which Dragon Egg You Chose. 5 hours To 1 Week.
But It Is Very Rare To Get The 5 Hour One.
im not really sure but i think you should keep them warm under and incavator until they start hatching....unless they have a mother then their mother will sit on her eggs herself
if you want to look after the lizards eggs you cant touch them if they have not been hatched
To find out how to care for turtle eggs see the link in the related links below.

by incubator or with a broody hen, hatch them the same way you would hatch Any other duck egg
No. If the female attempted to hatch eggs without a male, the eggs won't be fertile, and the egg will just go rotten.
28 days
No. You can not hatch an old duck egg. It must be continually kept warm and turned over from the time it is laid until it hatches. Once the duckling inside dies, it can not be revived.
