Never get it pierced as you can get a very bad infection whitch could lead to you having some of your tongue removed from cancer and always use a toothbrush with a tongue cleaner so every time you brush you can clean your tongue too!

∙ 14y agoDon't Pierce your tongue because it could get infected. Brush your tongue or it might turn white, yellow, or even black. If your tongue is a pinkish color it is in good shape. Don't smoke or use tobacco products. That's all I know.
