That easy! Pull it out! Well, it depends. You can grab a pair of pliers and simply pull it out yourself. It may be messy and unsanitary (to say the least), but it gets the job done. If your concerned about an infection or afraid of ruining your teeth structure, go to the dentist.

Answer2: If its a child, usually you can gently rock back and forth or gently tug and it will come out. If you are an adult, losing teeth is not normal, its a sign of tooth decay or gum disease. Please consult a dentist instead of trying to do it yourself at home.

Out with the Tooth

Our users spit it out:

  • If it hurts a lot but, and most of the tooth is out, apply even pressure with your tongue and push forward. This always works for me. I recommend trying this. But only do this if the pain and looseness of the tooth prohibits you from eating solid foods. If not, then just wait and wiggle it a little every day until you are ready to rip it out. Still, if you feel uncomfortable, go to a dentist and have him or her remove the tooth.
  • Wiggle it.
  • Try either wriggling it until it falls out, or twist it and pull. If none of these work, eat an apple or something hard, which will make your tooth eventually fall out. This really works!
  • Yes, you probably can remove a loose tooth by yourself, particularly if it is a baby tooth. Just keep gently wiggling the tooth and, eventually, it will get extremely loose and just come out. Place some cotton gauze on the bleeding site and bite down until the bleeding stops. Baby teeth are supposed to come out this way.
  • Wiggle it, twist it, or swish it around in salt water. Or, just let it fall out on its own.

What if it's not a baby tooth?

If the tooth is a permanent (adult) tooth, it is notsupposed to be loose. If it is, it is due to disease or infection. While you could wiggle the tooth until it comes out, it is more involved and may require the services of a dentist. In any case, you need to see a dentist because if one tooth is so diseased, it is likely that other teeth are also diseased. Unless you don't mind losing many or all of your teeth to disease, see a dentist and get the problem under control.

Start shaking your tooth. If thatdoesn't work than tie a string to your tooth and a door knob and close the door fast.

P.S. You will need 2 people for this.

You just have to pull it out with a lot of force because your tooth is not connected with your gums, it is only held by some tissue, so you are not doing any harm.
