to tape the knob start right on the rubber and tape going up the shaft to a certain point where you should feel it should stop remember not to tape the top of the stick as you need it smooth to cradle

∙ 14y agoyou just tie it in a not and try to not let it loosen up... if you dont have enough string to tie a knot you may want to try burning the end of it so it becomes a bubble/ melts...

you can heat it in the microwave or oven, if your doing it in the oven go on very low heat, and once it is heated, bend it to the shape you want.

Its not the stick, Its the player. Onve you hit the wall 30 minutes each day, Make sure you do 50 right hand 50 left. Then once you get superb with that stick, Upgrade your sticks. Upgrade your gear if you have to.

have the ball in the pouch, throw the ball up low and softly, turn the lacross stick on its side and balance the ball on the side of the head. once its balanced and stable, thrust the stick forward quickly and let the ball roll down the smooth long shaft of your stick until the ball strikes your hand. at this point the ball will go upwards off your hand and that's when you catch the ball back in your pouch.
